If you’ve never noticed them before, there are a set of buttons that run down the left side of the window in Dreamweaver’s code view; I meet a lot of people that either glanced at them but paid them no attention or haven’t noticed them at all, and they’re really useful! Ever have a list of things that need sorting into alphabetical order? Text arrives here quite often that needs just that and that’s where the Sort Paragraphs script in InDesign comes in so useful. Scripts are sometimes known to become unresponsive in InDesign and this is due to the User Interaction Level property (this gives you the dialog boxes attached to the script – if any) has been switched off either accidentally (or negligently) by another script.
